By accessing or using the Eoela website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use this Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

If you use the Site on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

Certain features of the Site may require you to create a customer account.

When creating or using an account, you agree to:

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation and shipped from our international fulfillment center in China.

The estimated total delivery time is 7–15 days, depending on the destination and local delivery conditions.

All processing and delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, address issues, local restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and processed.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, and images as accurately as possible.

However, the actual appearance of a product may vary slightly due to:

• Hand-finishing processes
  
• Natural variations in shell, mother-of-pearl, stone, pearl, or other materials

Minor variations in color, texture, surface pattern, shape, plating, or handcrafted finish are not necessarily considered defects.

Product measurements are approximate and may be subject to small production variations.

You are responsible for reviewing the product description, materials, dimensions, care information, and available options before placing an order.

5. Pricing and Payment

Product prices are displayed in the applicable currency selected or shown on the Site.

Prices may include applicable taxes where required by law. Any additional taxes, duties, shipping charges, or other fees will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment must be made at the time the order is placed.

6. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase.

An order may only be canceled if it has not already been processed, prepared for shipment, or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

To request a cancellation, contact us at hello@eoela.com and include your order number.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. We will confirm whether the order was canceled successfully.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Eoela is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  
• Missing apartment or unit numbers
  
• Refusal to accept delivery
  
• Failure to collect a package
  
• Customs delays
  
• Carrier disruptions
  
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Customers may be responsible for additional reshipping costs when a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the shipment.

Risk of loss and ownership of purchased products pass according to applicable law and the terms of the relevant delivery service.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged-item claims, and exchange procedures are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to comply with the eligibility requirements, return procedures, time limits, and other conditions described in that policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

9. Jewelry Care and Use

Eoela products should be handled and stored with reasonable care.

Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, jewelry should be protected from prolonged exposure to:

• Water and moisture
  
• Perfume and cosmetics
  
• Household chemicals
  
• Cleaning products
  
• Sweat
  
• Saltwater
  
• Chlorinated water
  
• Excessive friction
  
• Direct sunlight and heat

Normal wear, oxidation, fading, scratches, discoloration, or plating changes resulting from use, storage, environmental exposure, or improper care are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following any care instructions provided with the product or published on the Site.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Site, including text, photographs, product images, graphics, logos, icons, videos, designs, page layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Eoela or Veliora Group LLC.

This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, design, and other intellectual property laws.

Without prior written permission, you may not:
